Luxor Management Inc. has been in the property management business for over 35 years and manages one of the largest portfolios of multi-family residential, commercial and office buildings in northern Ontario. The company is the management arm of Mallette-Goring Brokerage Inc., a well-respected sales, leasing and consulting firm serving the commercial real estate sector. Luxor Management’s portfolio consists of approximately 1,100 multi-family residential units consisting of a mix of townhouses, high-rise, mixed-use and non-profit projects and a wide variety of commercial properties including strip retail/centres, office buildings and medical centres.

Once a property management contract commences, a complete property condition report will be prepared and presented within 60 days. The report will include:

  • A full twelve-month budget
  • A building description, including a summary list of any deficiencies
  • An analysis of the present rental market in comparison to the subject property
  • Preliminary estimates to cure and make good any/or all deficiencies or repairs
  • A summary conclusion and recommendations
