Elaine is currently in her 25th year with Mallette-Goring Inc./Luxor Management Inc.

Her responsibilities include overseeing the property management accounting of commercial and residential properties (control of accounts receivable/payable, payroll, financial statements).

Cathy Nero
Accounting

Cathy joined Mallette-Goring Inc. over 20 years ago and has performed in both the Administration and Accounting divisions of the company.

She is currently responsible for functions relating to property management of commercial and residential buildings managed by Luxor Management Inc., as well as the Sales and Leasing division of Mallette-Goring Inc.

Vito Repele
Property Manager

Vito is responsible for the management and lease administration of residential, office, medical, commercial space.

Prior to joining Mallette-Goring Inc./Luxor Management Inc., Vito gained 8 years experience in commercial property management, along with 10 years experience in mortgage lending.

Vito is a graduate of Laurentian University in Sudbury, where he earned a Bachelor of Economics Degree. He is currently studying to become a candidate for a Real Estate Salesman's License.

Paul Roy
Associate Broker/Property Manager

Paul's experience is in both single and multi-family properties and he has been in the industry for nearly fifteen (15) years. Paul is a Certified Real Estate Broker with extensive training in sales and marketing.

He is currently a member in good standing with the Sudbury Real Estate Board and has also served on several board committees throughout the years.

As a dedicated professional, Paul is committed to providing clients and their properties with the attention that they deserve.
