As a graduate from the University of Calgary with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing, Chris has over twenty years of Client Sales & Real Estate experience. Chris became licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2011 and received his training with CBRE Limited in Toronto. Chris moved back to his hometown of Sudbury in 2012 and joined the Mallette-Goring team, taking over the firm as Broker of Record in 2020. Chris is a leader in Commercial Leasing, Investment Sales, and Real Estate Consulting in North-Eastern Ontario.
Chris is an experienced and active Real Estate Investor, who is passionate about helping clients build wealth and make good investments. He is a trusted local expert, with specialties that include acquisition & disposition advisement, asset management, asset valuation analysis, corporate tenant representation, corporate relocation, lease renewal and restructuring, and strategic advisement. Chris is an active member of the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Development Liaison Advisory Committee with the City of Greater Sudbury.
