A passionate and results-oriented project management and operations professional, Erica brings 19 years of experience in procurement, administration, project management, and operational leadership across the public health, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. Throughout her career, she has led complex operational and procurement initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements that have enhanced organizational efficiency and strengthened business performance. Her collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and attention to detail enable her to support clients and colleagues while contributing to the successful delivery of projects and business initiatives

Erica holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, a Master of Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Ghana and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Outside of work, Erica is an entrepreneur with a passion for cooking and baking. She enjoys creating memorable culinary experiences and brings the same creativity, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial spirit to her business ventures as she does to her professional career.
